About LUCY

Lucy was born in Yorkshire into an artistic family and decided early in life to be a painter. She was elected a member of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters in 2011 and is a serving council member for the society.

Lucy's work focuses on capturing beauty, light, detail and stillness. She aims to reflect a serene and uplifting feeling within her paintings, and really capture a moment in time.

She began her artistic career as a portrait painter, but also developed a real passion and love for still life.

Lucy exhibits regularly throughout the year and has exhibited in Singapore, New York, Stockholm and Hong Kong. Her work is in private collections both nationally and internationally.
